Its Asking For A Security Check And A Confirmation Code

It is asking for a confirmation code which was sent to cell phone, but my cell phone number has changed and I can't get to where you change information on my facebook, what do I do

why facebook is asking for security check and a confirmation code...i have entered confirmation code which i got from fb..but they deactivat my acccount and a message comes that ur code is expired or inncorrect what the heck ..:@
