How Do I Add A Payment Method For My Advertising Budget, And Prove My Identity

My ads are attracting attention. I have an outstanding balance and cannot provide a new payment. I don't know why it was charged to paypal when I had no money in that account. I must unblock this ad. I also cannot upload my ID evidence on the Disabled Ad form.Please Help!!!

Just make sure you have enough cash on your debit/credit card registered with facebook, deduction for your adds will be automatic:

To upload a copy of your ID:

Take your ID and cover up any confidential information (ex: your license or passport number)
Scan or take a close-up picture of your ID
Make sure you can clearly see your name, birthday and photo
Save the photo to your computer
Go back to the contact form, click Upload and select the file containing your ID
