My Account Has Been Put On 14 Day Suspension

FB is saying that I'm requested people to befriend me, that I don't know. (This is the 3rd time) I haven't been on my account to do so. I need to let FB know but none of the HELP options relates to my situation. How do I let them know before they close my account, for good?
