Greetings. How can I use my friends (ex: trusted contacts) to get back into my account?

If you're locked out of your account, we need to make sure it's you before we reset your login info. You may be able to get help from your friends.

Here's how:

Click Forgot your password? and find your account
If you've added trusted contacts to your account, follow the directions to pick the friends you want help from
Call your friends and tell them the URL they can visit to get your security code

Be sure to call your friends or talk to them in person. If your account was hacked, the hacker could have access to your emails as well.
