I Cant Access My Fb Account

Hi good day, Sir/Madam, I am writing to you to seek help regarding my fb account, last Saturday around 7:20, someone tried to remove my email in my fb account, and they changes my email, so i Cant open anymore my fb, this is my email and then my fb name is Jeanbeth oacial adagel, if you need more info please feel free to contact me, hope to hear from u soon, and u can help me back my fb account.Sincerely,Jean Beth Legada
