Unable To Upload Photo

Dear Support, I need help urgently, I am also very frustrated and annoyed after trying numberous times and numerous ways to upload the photo. I keep getting this error messages says" Upload failed, Please try again" I tried to just downloading only 1 photo but it still resulting the same the error. The same photo was uploaded successfully using another profile of my family member facebook. I have tried downloading the latest Java 6 and I also tried using uploading using different browser, the browser I kept having errors uploading is IE 8, but I also tried using Mozilla Firefox 3.6. Hope someone could provide me a solution to solve my uploading photo issue. Thanks and regards, Jeremy Wong
