Unable To Close Drop Down Boxes

Multiple drop down boxes present and running. Cannot see some of my screen so I can't try to contact facebook support. Went into the log out drop down box and clicked inspect and at the bottom of the screen it showed multiple failure to load resources statements that mention decoding errors failed. Mumble jumble to me. Was given an answer to follow steps but no steps provided.
