Am Trying To Regain Access To My Facebook Account...

i have that feature of being alerted as to when other devices attempt to log into my account.when i did a defrag and used that ccleaner it deleted cookies,and i have no way to regain access...cell is shut off and did defrag and ccleaner on second laptop thinking i had disabled the feature..

Sorry you're having problems. You can request a password reset by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located near the "Login" button on the login page.
