I Tried To Get Rid Of A Photo In My Profile Pictures

and somehow I messed it up as i can't get my thumbnail pictures anymore. I can get photos if I go into someone's profile pageand look at their photos but can't get the thumbnail photos anymore. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
