Things Pulled Up On Facebook That I Am Not Accessing.

My husband is always looking in my phone. Last time he went in he went to privacy setting which I have never been too AT ALL!!when he hit the privacy tabs he said it was already setting on the help section which pull had the way to add and delete emails from your Facebook account... U HAVE TO HIT LIKE 3 or 4 tabs to even get to that area!!!! I DID NOT DO THIS . Please tell me there is a way to find out exact time and date it was accessed . Email that was added or deleted... I truly need ur help. My marriage is surenting!!!
