Superhero City I Can No Longer Add Pending Stats Points. Why?

It's no longer letting me add pending stats points to any category. I currently have 19 points to distribute, but whenever I do it doesn't apply. I also do not see a section for technical support in the actual Facebook game Superhero City. HELP!
