Facebook may have determined that you were performing those actions in a manner that it considers likely to be abusive. There is unfortunately nothing you can do to remove this temporary block; sorry. (More here.)

Or the issue may stem from an outdated browser or overloaded cache. A good first step is to clear your cache and cookies—see your browser's help section if you don't know how—and restart your computer.
