Being Sent A Verification , But The Problem Is Verification Going To Old Number

Im being sent a verification code but the problem is i recently got a new number and the verification code is being sent to my old cell phone number. what do i do ? i cant login to my facebook . know my username , email , password . but i no longer use my old number. Someone please help ive tryed everything
