How Do I Get My Security Code If Its Sending To My Old Phone #?

I changed my phone number and my account is set up to rcv. security codes. This request is made when it does not recognize the device you are logging in from. So, it is sending the security code to my old phone number which I no longer have too.. How do I get my security code? If it could just be sent to my email. like the log-in code. I would be able to gain access to it.
