Robot Txt Shows Up On Client Fb Page Search

when searching for someone on Facebook, they are no longer seen and beside their name is robot txt. What does this mean and why or how does one use it. Whats its purpose Please explain in simple form instead of lawyer talk if ya know what i mean. sometimes i get difficult answers to understand thanks so much

It sounds like that person has deleted their Facebook profile.
