How Do I Get A Profile Deleted On Facebook,

uploaded a photo from my cell phone to what I thought was going to my existing facebook profile for our cell phone but I made a new profile. don't know the username, email or password that would be associated so we cant even log in to do anything with it. Have clicked to report on that page over and over for since MAY 2011 and facebook has done nothing and it is still there, My son and I want it off it is shame that facebook will not provide help.....when something better comes out I will be dumping them (sorry venting) I hope some one can suggest something.....

As you have found out Facebook support is slow and selective.

You must wait them out or try to recovery the account.
