Pretty Please Remove The Block From My Account??

A block has been placed on my account for over a week now due to my posting comments to many of my FB friends that was interpretted as SPAM. It was not SPAM. I just posted to many of my FB friends. I have been begging you FB to Please remove this block. I have not been able to post anything on my friends' pages. It's been almost 2 weeks now. What do I have to do to have this Block REMOVED???? Please Help Me??

Greetings - Have you tried contacting them to understand the terms of the blockage as stipulated on the page linked below (and contacting the using the contact channel provided thereon) -
