I Can Not Post Pictures From My Iphone On My Facebook App.

I tried to post pictures to my facebook app from my iphone, i cant seem to get it to work. It keeps saying i can change it in my privacy setting but i cant figure out how. Can someone help please!!! I even tried using my camwow app, and instagram and it all says the same thing that an error occured, but when i tried to post on the facebook app it says this app does not have access to your photos or videos. You can enable access in Privacy Settings. Please help!!!!
