Can't Post, Like, Comment, And My Chat Box Wont Load. Help?

recent problem. i can type stuff, but once i push post or enter, it wont even attempt to post. i still get notifications, messages, and requests, but i can't post, like, comment on anything, and my chat box is also stuck on "loading".
