Hi. You are to start of here https://www.facebook.com/help/224562897555674 to initiate your account deletion process. Do so by clicking on the 'Let us know" link in that paragraph. Only be adviced that if you have forgotten your login credentials, then you will first have to go through the traditional recovery routine here https://www.facebook.com/login/identify before you you can be able to commence with the account deletion.
