All Newsfeed Posts From My Friends Deleted. Why? A Friend Reported Abuse?

Also not receiving any new Newsfeed post from Friends. Don't know why and what I can do about it. Could it be that a friend reported abuse so FB has temporarily restriced my access? Thanks for any help you can share with me about this.
