You should report issues occurring within an single application to that application’s developer by going to the application’s Profile Page and clicking the "Contact Developer" link on the bottom of the left column, or by clicking the "Report" link at the bottom of any canvas page within the application. You will then see the option to contact the developer directly.

The following are some common examples of when to contact a developer and when to contact Facebook:

Contact A Developer When:

The application is not working properly.
You have an inquiry about a transaction that occurred within the application.
The application contains inappropriate content.
You have an inquiry about how an application is using your information.
You want to report an interaction with another user that occurred within the application.

Contact Facebook When:

The same issue is occurring in multiple applications.
The application is asking for your Facebook username and password.
You have feedback on your interaction with applications on Facebook.
