Message And Friends Icons Disappeared .i Can't Send Messages. How Can I Fix That

the 2 little icons ( messages and friends ) next to the word "FACEBOOK" just disappeard. at first it moved to the left but then just disappeared. i cant send or answer messages. how can i fix that ? how can i get these icons back ? and also sometimes it cant open the facebook . i sent you the image of that problem. heeeeeeeeelp please ! thanks !!!
