Lost Login Info And I Can't Identify This Brand New Account.

Brand new business page created 3 days ago for a client (I am a newbie at that) I can view the page but can't identify the account for ID retrieval. I have tried the processes listed with facebook for recovery. The problem is I have shared associated phone numbers and emails with two account in facebook. When I provide this info it keeps showing my the account I do have access to. What on earth can I do to regain access? My Bad!
