I No Longer Have Service Of Any Kind Connected To My Old Cell Number

hi, im locked out of my facebook, have ZERO recognized devices anywhere near me, and and am locked out of my facebook account because i need the verification code they keep sending despite the many "we have removed number" emails i recieve saying that they disconnected my old number and to try logging in again to change it. well EVERYTIME i go to try to log in and it says once again that it has sent the code to the number it says it just deleted?! HELP! I need to get onto my Facebook!!!!

You don't need a cell phone number for Facebook, except for text messaging. Log in without giving a mobile number. If necessary, submit Facebook's account recovery form.
