Can't Login To Facebook-keeps Telling Me To Create New Password In Endless Cycle

I can not login to my Facebook account for over six weeks. Problem arose when I tried to change my original password. Now when I use a new password, a window opens up thanking me for reporting a problem and when I press the Continue link, I am taken to a new window telling me to create a new password. When I create another new password and entry it, the same thing happens in an endless cycle - I am told to create yet another new password, which does not work. Can anyone help me. I HATE FACEBOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!
