Is the "blocker" the new window that asks you to name the device? If that is the case, give it a short, easy to remember name such as phone, home and keep going. It will probably ask you again the next time.

If you account is actually blocked, something else is happening.

Per Facebook: Blocks are temporary. Facebook has policies to stop behavior that other users may find annoying or abusive. If your account is blocked, you will still be able to log on to Facebook, but you may not be able to use features.
