You need to have a mobile phone number listed on your account to turn on login approvals. See https://www.facebook.com/help/www/148233965247823?rdrhc

A mobile phone number must be listed on your account to turn on login approvals. To turn on login approvals 1. Go to your security settings page ( > Account Settings > Security) 2. Click on the LOGIN APPROVALS section 3. Check the box and save your changes.
