Cannot Log Onto Facebook. Why Is It That I Cannot Log Into Facebook?

I cannot log in to facebook inspite of setting up a new account also.Each time I do it another problem arises.I have tried all sorts of permutations, even setting up a new a/c has not helped. Please help I will be grateful.I want to cancel all my email a/cs

There are various possible causes for being locked out.

Facebook may have determined suspicious or deceptive activity that may violate Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms). To dispute that determination, you can file the form at http://www.facebook.com/help/contact/?id=260749603....

Facebook may be making an improvement to the database your account is stored on. During this time, you won't be able to gain access to your account. In most instances, this maintenance will last only a few hours.
