Cant Log Into Account

I havent been able to log into my account for 3 days. I keep getting a page that says I need to verify my identity by providing my cell phone number and my carrier. I do not have a cell phone. So i click on the link 'why am i seeing this' and i get the help desk and it keeps taking me right back to the same thing. I need help.
