I Just Switched Cell Phone Carriers And I Can't Remember My Password.

And, although Kerv's answer is helpful, the link applies for a desktop user's log-in issue.
If correct, you changed carriers - then did not log onto facebook using your new mobile service due to a forgotten password. And are unable to get an accurate confirmation code to reset your password on your new mobile service.
If so, then you can go view either of the following links, according to the type of phone you currently have, for further assistance:
