How Do I Get Help?

my daughter's acct was disabled, no explanation was given, how can we fix this? They are asking for her ID, but she is only 13, she doesn't have an ID.

Facebook support will disable accounts without warning if they get a report that the owner is under 13 years of age.

You may need to send them a copy of her birth certificate.

There is no way to directly contact them beyond the means listed in the messages you have gotten from them.
