Hacked On Facebook

I was hacked on facebook so I went to the help center and followed the steps. I clicked on a temporary lock account option so they could not further abuse my account. I wana recover my account but I can not do anything until it unlocks. Does anyone know how long it takes for this option to deactivate? Any help is really appreciated thanks.
