Friend Request Block

my name is Michelle Toniny. I received a message yesterday that I am blocked for a week for requesting friends to too many people that don't know me. This is ridiculous as I have never requested to anyone I don't know well. Plus have not sent friend requests for quite some time. Can someone explain please?
