How To I Get On My Fb When It Wont Let Me Said I Tried To Many Times

I received a new code having problems with it now it wont even take it saying to try later that I tried to many times. I waited it least three hours and still same problem. I need to get in my FB

Facebook will remove the block after 24 hours. Wait 24 hours and then try again.
