Facebook Won't Let Me Post/comment Or Like Anything On My Computer Or Phone.

Facebook won't let me comment/post/like anything on either my computer or phone. I have tried different browsers too and same problem. I have also cleared the cache/cookies, have reloaded/refreshed the site, same problem.
