How Do I Get Facebook To Remove The Restrictions On My Facebook App?

when i clicked the "follow us on facebook" link on my website, I was taken to my facebook app alright, but I saw a message at the top saying in Ferbruary 2012, so I should click a link to resolve it. I did that, and, since then I have never had access to my facebook app. I went to the facebook app account and I was told my app's account was restricted for a few days, the reason being that my computer was attacked by a virus. But, I'm afraid, one month is not few days. Please help me to get the privillages back.

You cannot actually do anything but to wait for the facebook administrators to fix the problem with your account. The best thing to do is to wait and update your account regularly, in addition, avoid surfing malicious sites and clicking malicious links to avoid future problems.
