Facebook Login Problems: Can't Log In At All. Message Recvd Was Temp Can't Acc

I have been out all day to my College Classes. When I got home late at night. I could NOT Log In into Facebook. I have receicved messages Temp. Cannot Log In to your Account. My Friends have been able to go to my home or log in page without a problem. When I try, I get a message I am Temp. Blocked from my Account. WHY ?the Only thing I have done is Play Farmville, Cityville with some friends of mine since they got me interested. So, How Do I get Back into Facebook even to do Games ?
