Facebook Doesn't Want To Solve My Issue

After I fill the form to report the issue about confirm my facebook account, and receive auto reply from facebook that requirement me to sent my ID, it had been six days right now, still no respond from facebook. I had sent so many times everydays but still the same. I have page I need to manage but if my facebook account was suspended what should I do? My account had been suspendend because facebook suspect if I am using fake name. I cannot complete the security process because I approve the people randomly so cannot identify friends tag. Then it said to comlete the security process I have 2 more option which there is really no 2 option! see picture below. Please someone help me to solve this.This is real my name and picture! My facebook email is : My facebook name is : ain nia I donnot use my full name because it is very long! This is not logic if I really need to use my full name to open my facebook account! And I use name AIN is my middle name where my familys called me that then NIA is my nickname where my collage and friends called me that. I thought if I am using this name, my friends will easy to find me. The link that I already try to fill the form but error is : (This is so annoying I cannot paste the link here! so I have to write!) [email protected] = they said my email doesn't belong disable email. report issue to confirm my facebook account. I receive 3 auto reply email asked me to sent them my ID which I already sent it many times! report issue login problem . Same as I receive auto reply email asked me to sent them my ID. veried my account. This is also annoying because I cannot upload my ID. Overall what should I do?? I had done everything that I found or anyone tell me for. I am new started my page and blog. With this issue problem give me unhappy and falling down to continues my dreams for. WHAT IS REALLY FACEBOOK SERVICE? :( >,

Hello again,

I have read everything you have stated was done to gain access to your Facebook Account without success. As, I sympathize with your issue and would truly like to help with resolving your issue.

However, I have to question the following since both are something that can be provided, as requested:

The reason as to why you will not use your full name on your Facebook Account

This may be a long name, However, you can always enter a nickname to be viewed on your profile page instead of your full name if you prefer, and this nickname is searchable, if your settings allow you to be located in this manner.

Also, you can not upload your I.D. to verify your account

This can be done by taking a picture of the I.D. using your cell phone, or even a friends cell phone. And send it to your email address > Then click on your mouse over the I.D. to copy it to your clipboard. > Then open your paint program and paste the I.D. onto paint. > Save it where you can access this paint picture, and remember what you named it. > Make sure this is in a jpg format before saving > Then upload the picture where requested.

Both of these are requested information which can be provided. And should be considered if you would like to hopefully gain access to your facebook account.

Lastly, although this does not relate directly to Facebook. I know you stated you could not paste the text you received from Facebook with your question. If you would like to do this:

Highlight the text and click copy. Then on your Helpowl question box click on the keys 'Ctrl' and the letter 'v' at the same time to paste inside your information window (where you are entering the issue you are having)
