How Do I Get My Facebook Account Unblocked?

My facebook page was blocked over two weeks ago from sending any friend requests for seven days - during which time I could not and did not send any. Yesterday I was checking my notifications and again received a message that I was again being blocked from sending any friend requests - this upset me as I have not sent any friend requests for over three weeks. I want my account unblocked.
