My Email Addy & Password Are Not Being Recognized By Fb Cannot Access Account

Cannot access FB. Says my email is not found but I've had the same one (and only) for 2 years on FB. Password cannot be changed bc it doesn't recognize my name nor friends names. How do I fix it (restore) w/o starting a new acct.?
