My Email Account Has Been Hacked And They Changed My Fb Email. Can't Access!help

Someone has changed my facebook email contact login address and I can't either report that my account has been hacked or login at all - even though it tells me that it has been changed recently and I go through all of the steps. The secret question answer says I am wrong and It won't let me use the sign in with trusted friends feature! I just want to be able to contact someone directly to sort this out!

Facebook wants you to submit www.facebook.com/hacked to restore safe access. You say you've followed "all of the steps"; however you don't way what steps those are. If you've already completed the steps at www.facebook.com/hacked, there's probably nothing more to be done.

You may write or phone Facebook, but whether they'll respond to your concerns is another matter. Here's Facebook's contact information:
