How Can I Get My Disabled Facebook Account Back???

My facebook account was disabled on Friday morning June 4th. My son has changed somethings on my computer and when I loogged in the parental controls popped up and facebook disabled my account immediately.I've since written letters explaining the situation, with no response. I'm heartbroken, I feel completely cut off from contacts that I spent two years building. This was just an accident, I've done nothing wrong, I've broken none of facebooks conduct rules etc.I could just start a new profile from another e-mail address but this could also break some rules because you're only supposed to have one facebook page. And I just really want my old profile back. I had all kinds of things saved in there. photographs, telephone numbers etc.   Not to mention the time involved in finding all of these people again. Some I may never find. This was all just an honest mistake. But it's a customer service nightmare. There's no number to call, and it really isn't clear where to send an e-mail if your account becomes disabled. Then there's little or no response from facebook. So you're just left in the dark.I know I'm not the only one that this has happened to. Many peopl are going to leave facebook because of this. I know I'm thinking about it.Please help
