How Can I Delete A 'family Member' So That They No Longer Show Up As Family On F

An "in law" is no longer an "in law" I want to delete this person from my FB "family members" and/or "family tree". how can I get them off there???

go to settings and find blocking, its in red print I think. if its not settings its privacy or one of those items up in top left corner. Type the names in exactly like they have them, and poof they are gone. Gotta watch out for friends of friends who can tell you what you have on your page. Hope Im telling you right.
