I Deactivated My Facebook Account And Forgot The Password

I deactivated my facebook a long time ago about marchish... I went to reactivate it and i forgot the password so i requested a new one it keeps saying ur facebook account was disabled and it still wont let me reactivate

As you probably know, you can request a password reset by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located near the "Login" button on the login page. Facebook will then send you an email with a link to reset your password. (This information is from this Facebook page, which may provide additional guidance.) I'm guessing that you've been blocked for asking for too many in a password resets in a day. Facebook will lift that block after 24 hours.
