My Daughters Facebook Was Hacked. Help Center Options Were No Help At All.

As hacker changed ALL login information, none of options have helped. Hacker is messaging our family and friends pretending to be my 17 year old daughter. Have been sending reports on the profile to facebook(with no response what so ever), but it is still up and under the hackers control. How do we get access to the account back or get it disabled/deleted all together?
