My Daughters Facebook Account Got Deleted By Someone

My 15 year daughters facebook account got deleted by someone from another state that is also threatening her life and the lives of her friends and family. She reported this to facebook and sent her ID to reactivate her account and has not heard back from them yet. We want to press charges, what do we do? Her name is Jenna Jennings from Orlando FL. His name is Shawn Knapp from Minnesota.
