When A Page Is Not Created Under A Personal Account - Please Help!

Hi, I have opened up a Page (business page) on its own - without my personal page. Now I notice how limiting this Page is - I can't @tag other pages in my posts or Like other pages to connect with other companies - it's a dead end road! Anyone know how to open up the freedom to what a Page under a personal account can do??? OR how do I add my business Page to my personal account once it's already been created. Help! ;)
