Created An Account With The Same Email Address

i have accidentally created and account with the same email address, please help get back my old account i didnt know that my old account will be lost :( Old account: AKO INI password:11****** New account:Hanzel Margaret M password:11****** Please help me get back my "AKO INI" Account and erase the new one.
