How Do I Contact Fb About A Tagged Pic Of Me When I Have No Account?

Someone has posted pics of me and tagged them. Reading FB's terms and their Q & A, they say they cannot remove photos that don't violate terms, but if you are tagged in embarrassing photos, just remove them as a friend, as only friends can tag you. What course of action can I take? I do not even have a FB account, and yet I am tagged, so obviously this strategy doesnt work. I cannot even find a link to report the pictures, or any way to lodge a compliant, without making an account, which I do not want. How do I lodge a complaint?
